This control system is a 2× 2 multivariable system. In order to ensure sufficient stablity of the whole control system, the tuning values of the turbine controller and the boiler controller must be matched each other but these values may be varied in a wide range. Feedforword and nonlinear limitting pressure element are always introduced...

The problem of tuning of the load feedback control system of boil-turbogenerator unit, as the turbine is equipped with power-frequency control system,is discussed in this paper. This control system is a 2× 2 multivariable system. In order to ensure sufficient stablity of the whole control system, the tuning values of the turbine controller and the boiler controller must be matched each other but these values may be varied in a wide range. Feedforword and nonlinear limitting pressure element are always introduced in practical control system. In that case, if only the tuning values of two controllers are matched properly, the generating unit load control system would have nearly same dynamic performance, even though the tuning values of the controllers are very different.

本文讨论汽轮机采用功频调节系统时,锅炉-汽轮发电机单元机组负荷反馈控制系统的整定问题。该控制系统是一个2×2多变量系统。汽轮机功率控制器和汽压控制器的参数必须正确配合以保证单元机组负荷控制系统的稳定性,但是两个控制器的参数可以在很大范围内改变。实际应用的单元机组负荷控制系统中都引入前馈和非线性限压元件,在这种情况下,只要两个控制器的整定参数配合适当,那么,即使控制器的参数值差别很大,而负荷控制系统的动态品质却是很接近的。
