This paper proposes a new approach to reactive power compensation according to the principle of power balancer. Using this approach, the unbalanced three phase load can be transferred into a balanced to source one and the power factor can be corrected to any desired value.

本文利用功率平衡器的原理提出了一种新的无功补偿方法。当三相负荷不对称且功率因数低时,采用这种补偿方法不但可将功率因数补偿到任意指定值,而且可将原来的三相不对称负荷补偿成对于供电电源来说是三相对称的。

The rationality and effectiveness of the mathematic model are proved through the computation of Ward & Hale 6 bus power system and IEEE 14 bus power system and the problems in the current method are overcome.

总结了现行无功功率负荷最优补偿方法存在的问题,提出确定最佳补偿容量的目标函数,并在其最佳点上构成最优网损微增率γeq与无功负荷补偿容量Qci及网络因素的内在联系。经Ward&Hale6结点及IEEE14结点系统实算,证明了数学模型及算法的合理性与有效性,克服了现行无功功率负荷最优补偿方法存在的问题和缺点,具有较大的现实意义及实用价值。
