It is mainly discussed in the paper that how to decide and command for space astronauts′ escaping at the emergency during their pre-launching stages by properly activating the fleeing aircrafts and the subsequent dicision commanding problems after having been successfully escaped,thus bring up a reference to the better achievement of the work related to person carrying space experiment practices in the future.
However the arguments we make are different to this and are focussed mainly upon the benefits to earth based science, medicine, technology and education which would accrue from a manned space flight programme.

A typical man-machine-environment system is composed of astronaut, vehicle and space environment in the course of manned spaceflight. In this paper, the important role played by man and the factors on his capability in vehicle system have been described, and a stress-strength human reliability model is also put forward. In the end, it must be systemati-cally considered to raise the astronaut's reliability.
