The spinal cord of an adult female of Indo Pacific hump backed dolphin ( Sousa chinensis ) were studied macro and microscopically. Samples for microscopic observations were taken from C 6,T 8 and Lc 2, frozen sections of 20~40 μm thick were stained with 1% thionine or argyrophil method. The spinal cord formula was C 8-T 12 -L 10 -Ca 4(or Lc 14 ). The length of the spinal cord was 27 48% of the body length and the weight of the spinal cord was 3 88% of the brain weight. The arachnoid trabeculae were extremely developed and assumed thin silk floss. The pia mater brought blood vessels invaginated along with furrows and crevices into the spinal cord proper. Irregular periphery spaces of vessels containing lymphocytes and cerebral fluid were observed in the gray matter and white matter. The nerve cells and capillaries were immersed in the cerebral fluid and therefore the former were referred to cerebrospinal fluid containing neurons. The gray matter of C 6,T 8 and Lc 2 was divided into 10 layers according to the Rexeds Principle of the laminar cytoarchitecture pattern of the spinal cord. The cytoarchitecture of each of the layers and the corresponding nucleus were described. Special cell groups, i.e. lateral cervical nucleus, lateral thoracic nucleus and lateral lumbocaudal nucleus in the lateral funicle, dorsal funiculus nucleus in the dorsal funicle, scattered cells in the ventral funicle, were observed in the white matter.

目的 :比较在免疫功能低下人群输入照射及未照射血制品后输血相关移植物抗宿主病 (AT- GVHD)发生率。方法 :采用回顾性分析方法 ,照射组病例中所有血制品均需经射线照射处理 ,总剂量 2 0 0 0 c Gy,剂量率2 0 0 c Gy/ min。结果 :未照射组 2 0 0例免疫功能低下患者中 ,发现 4例患有 TA- GVHD,发生率 2 .0 % ;照射组 197例免疫功能低下患者中无 1例发生 TA- GVHD。结论 :在免疫功能低下人群输注含淋巴细胞血制品时应去除和灭活淋巴细胞 ,照射可减少 TA- GVHD的发生率。

Objective To inquire further into the mechanism of cytokine IL 10 induced by intestinal endotoxemia in the development of hepatic fibrosis. Methods The hepatic fibrosis and cirrhosis rat models were made by carbon tetrachloride (CCl 4) and dietetic factor.The plasma IL 10 levels were observed kinetically. Results With the liver fibrosis developing plasma endotoxin level and hepatic collagen contents both increased progressively,the plasma IL 10 tended to increase before 4th week and increased to peak,but IL 10 tended to reduce from 5th week and reduced to miximum at the 8th week. Histopathologic HE stain showed that the number of lymphocyte in hepatic tissue at 4th week were much more than at 8th week. Conclusion The hepatic fibrosis is associated closely with intestinal endotoxemia.Along with weakening of the inflammatory reaction in liver,IL 10 no more plays an anti fibrosis effect further, so the hepatic fibrosis process becomes more serious.

目的 深入探讨肠源性内毒素血症所诱发的细胞因子IL 10在肝纤维化发生发展中的作用机制。方法 采用本室建立的以复合因子致肝纤维化、肝硬化动物模型进行实验。对血浆IL 10水平进行动态观察。结果 肝硬化形成进程中血浆内毒素水平与肝组织胶原蛋白含量均渐进性升高 ,血浆白细胞介素 10 (IL 10 )在第 5周前随肝纤维化进程逐渐增高 ,待至第 5周开始IL 10逐渐下降 ,到第 8周末降至最低。肝组织学观察结果显示 ,第 4周末肝组织中每 10 0个肝细胞中含淋巴细胞数明显高于第 8周末。结论 肝纤维化的发生、发展与肠源性内毒素血症密切相关。随着肝内炎症反应的消退 ,IL 10已不再发挥其抗纤维化作用 ,故肝纤维化程度进一步加剧
