该文提出了超波声点焊机轻型弯曲振动系统的CAD(计算机辅助设计)方法。可使磁致伸缩换能器的设计精度由原作图法的1.3%提高到0.4%以上。在藕合杆设计中可充分考虑藕合杆在弯曲振动时转动惯量及其剪切变形的影响,因而可显著提高设计精度,并大大加快了设计进度。

We have developed an equipment named CXF-0 ultrasonic generator with which the research of ultrasound on nucleation of sugar cane solution has been conducted.The experimental result shows that the cavitation effect induced by ultrasonic vibration in cane solution can accelerate the formation of sugan nucleus,and the' resulted granules of sugar are more homogenuous with high quality than those obtained by other methods.

本文应用CXF—O型超声发生器和磁致伸缩换能器开展了蔗糖溶液成核作用的研究。试验结果说明,超声宣化促进了晶核的形成,其密度与颗粒均匀,优于其它方法的成核效果。
