本工艺首先从啤酒酿造废水中分离啤酒酵母泥用作饲料蛋白源,是对啤酒酿造废水的前处理.然后,将清液COD_(Cr)控制在1万至3万mg/L之间,用于中温厌氧消化生产新能源(沼气).容积产气率为5—13m~3/m~3·d,COD_(Cr)去除率为96%.采用理化方法对中温厌氧消化排出液进行后处理,可使排出液COD_(Cr)降至78—235mg/L,达到四川环境污染物(试行)排放标准.

The application of anaerobic UASB technique in fermentable beer wastewater was analyzed and summarized. The high concentration beer wastewater was mixed with the other low concertration wastewater, and the mixed wastewater was treated using biology contact oxidation process. It's proved that the way is a advanced, efficient, low\|energy consumption, stable, low investment, simple management and excellent water quality treatment process.
