In this paper we introduce the structures and features of the two Higgs doublet models (2HDM),analyse the effective Hamiltonian and Wilson coefficients of B meson decays in the standard model (SM) and 2HDM in detail,and fnd that the contributions from Higgs particls in the 2HDM improve on those in the SM through the decays of B→ππ .
