At the present evolution stage, the erosion of the delta is still very active,far from being in naturally stable equilibrium. Toking into account the evolution process of the profiles on muddy coast, this paper proposes a beach nourishment scheme for coast protection. The key poit of the scheme is the design of the grain size of nourishment ma- terial and the slope of the artificial beach.

废黄河三角洲海岸剖面形态以上凹形为特征,在平均大潮高潮位附近发育了小规模的贝壳堤或贝壳滩,中潮位有薄层蚀余物质堆积,其余大部分滩面均出露老的三角洲沉积。这说明废黄河口海岸侵蚀的主要动力是波浪作用,而平行于海岸的潮流则更加剧了侵蚀。在发育阶段上,废黄河口海岸侵蚀仍处于前期阶段,离开自然稳定状态还很远。按照顺应自然的原则,根据淤泥质海岸剖面的发育规律,本文提出了以海堤前人工填砂进行废黄河口海岸防护的方案。与海堤前抛石筑丁坝的方案相比,人工填砂方案技术较合理,投资较省。人工填砂的关键是待填物质粒径和填砂后海滩坡度的设计。

In this paper,some problems existing in the definition of shoreline given in the hydrographic standard are discussed,the scientific definition of using the height of mean high water springs as a shoreline is presented,the calcula- tion formulas for the height of mean high water springs and its assuring rate and the method for site determination of the track of shoreline are introduced and the advantages for scientifically defining the shoreline are pointed out as well. The paper provides the basis for correcting and formulating the hydrograp- hic standard and also has the instructive effect for shoreline surveying.

针对过去海道测量规范关于海岸线定义存在的问题,提出了以平均大潮高潮面作为海岸线的科学定义,介绍了平均大潮高潮面的计算公式及其保证率、海岸线痕迹的实地判别方法,指出了科学定义海岸线的优点,对修改制定海道测量规范提供了依据。

通过对黄河口和莱州湾沿岸的实测潮位分析和对不同时期渤海潮波的数值模拟,证明了黄河口和莱州湾的潮波随时间推移明显变化.黄河口泥沙大量沉积造成的海洋环境改变是导致潮波变化的主要原因.海平面上升也是引起潮波变化的原因之一.从不同时间的半日潮同潮图和潮汐调和常数可以明显地看出,莱州湾西部的潮汐性质正从半日潮混合潮性质向正规半日潮性质转变.由此引起的平均高高潮位、平均大潮差、平均低低潮位都有明显的增大趋势.沿岸和海上工程设计必须提高设计标准以适应物理海洋环境的这种明显变化,因为本世纪90年代羊角沟沿海的潮差比50年代增大了70%以上.60年代计算的50a—遇的潮位已经变成不足5a—遇了.
