本文提出了一种新的聚类分段算法,这个算法以段内平均离散度最小、段间平均离散度最大为准则,采用聚类的方法逐次迭代选择最佳分段断点和分段段数,能正确地对汉语语音进行音素分段,它和以往分段方法相比在性能上有很大提高.文中还给出了应用该算法对汉语单音所作的部分实验统计结果,可供进一步开展基于音素或音位的汉语语音识别研究参考.

Based on the new data of seismic measurement and the statistical method of magnitude residual, we test the rationality of the calibration function; and we also test the influence to the stability of the local magnitude system and some other feature by the function. Following results were represented; (1 ) RLE (△) made a good reflection on the regional feature of crustal in the eastern China, while R.W(△) in the western China. This improved the disorder which the same earthquake had the different magnitude by different station network greatly. The average error was reduced from 0. 10 to 0. 03 unit by different station network in the eastern China,while that from 0. 20 to 0. 05 in the western China. (2)The proposal of applied zoning for RLE (△) and RLW (△) was rationality. (3) The application of RLE(△) and RLW(△) would keep the stability of the local magnitude system in China and reduce the average error of magnitude determination in different degree.

在文献[1]得到的新区域性量规函数RLE(△)(适用于我国东部地区)和RLW(△)(适用于我国西部地区)的基础上,利用新的地震观测资料,通过震级残差统计方法,检验其合理性。同时考察应用RLE(△)和RLW(△)对现行近震震级系统的稳定性和其它方面的影响。研究证实:(1)RLE(△)和RLW(△)分别在反映我国东部和西部地区地壳的地区性特征上效果良好,大大改善了目前不同台网测定同一地震震级存在偏差较大的混乱状态。我国东部地区,不同台网测定同一地震震级平均偏差从0.10下降至0.03震级单位,西部地区从0.20下降至0.05;(2)关于RLE(△)和RLW(△)的实用分区约定是合理的;(3)应用RLE(△)和RLW(△)将能够保持我国现行近震震级系统的稳定性。并且,震级测定的平均离散度和误差均有不同程度的下降。

One hundred and seven samples of two subspecies of striped field mice, Apodemus agrarius pallidior from Northern China and A. agrarius coreae from Korea, were used for the analysis of mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA)fragment patterns resulted from the digestion with eight restriction enzymes by blot hybridization technique. One hundred and seven samples of two subspecies of striped field mice, Apodemus agrarius pallidior from Northern China and A. agrarius coreae from Korea, were used for the analysis of mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA)fragment patterns resulted from the digestion with eight restriction enzymes by blot hybridization technique. All 35 fragments and 12 mtDNA haplotypes were recognized. The 12 haplotypes were grouped into two major subgroups with the mean divergence of 1 01%. One subgroup with four haplotypes consisted of 51 samples from four localities in Northern China, which is A. agrarius pallidior , and the other subgroup with eight haplotypes is composed of 56 samples from four localities in Korea, A. agrarius coreae. Subspecies coreae appeared to be somewhat diverged in their mtDNA genotypes from subspecies pallidior , and taxonomic status of these two subspecies is confirmed in this molecular study. It becomes necessary to carry out further researches with samples of striped field mice from other localities to clarify subspecies classification of A. agrarius .

本文利用印迹杂交技术对中国华北地区黑线姬鼠Apodemusagrariuspalidior和韩国黑线姬鼠A.agrariuscoreae共107号标本的线粒体DNA(mitochondrialDNA,mtD-NA),通过8种限制性内切酶的消化,进行了限制性片段的分析。共检出35种限制性片段和12种单倍体类型。12种单倍型在平均离散度为1.01%时聚合为两个亚群:一个亚群为黑线姬鼠华北亚种,由采自中国4个不同地区的51号标本的4种单倍型所组成;另一个亚群为黑线姬鼠朝鲜亚种,由采自韩国4个不同地区的56号标本的8种单倍型所组成。黑线姬鼠华北亚种和朝鲜亚种在mtDNA表型上表现出一定差异,这在分子水平上确立了两亚种的分类地位。为了进一步澄清黑线姬鼠种下分类的混乱,很有必要对中国其他地区的标本进行该项研究
