The phosphorus in high concentration phosphorus wastewater not only can be efficiently removed by adding cheap MgCl 2·6H 2O and NH 4HCO 3 at room remperature,but also a slow releasing compound fertilizer(MgNH 4PO 4·6H 2O)can be obtained at the same time.
In this paper phosphate removal of high-concentration phosphorus-containing wastewater by using calcium precipation was studied. The lab and full-scale experiments showed that at phosphate of 60～80mg/L the removal efficiency of phosphate was 99.7%～99.9%,and effluents had only phosphate of 0.03～0.08mg/L.
The physicochemical+(A-A/O) process of wastewater treatment is used to treat phosphorus-containing wastewater from bio-pharmaceutical industry etc. The result of trial operations indicates that the effluent's TP can still meet the emission standard when the influent has a higher concentration of TP,and the removal rate of TP can be over 98%.
