During ejection from high speed aircraft, windblast may cause injuries in thorax and abdomen. This study has an attempt to determine the tolerance of human thorax and abdomen to windblast,in order to provide human engineering basis for the determination of the maximum speed under which open seat ejection can be performed. This study was based on the results obtained from a series of animal windblast and mechanical experiments and investigation of literatures related to one rocket sled test in volunteer, thoracic blunt impact and injuries from high velocity impact on water. Thoracic-abdominal tolerances to windblast and the thoracic tolerance to blunt impact were inferred from these results for human being, pig, dog and monkey. The relationship between tolerance of thorax to blunt impact and tolerance of thorax and abdomen to windblast was obtained and the conversion method between the two kinds of tolerance was established. It was found that the index of impact severity S. I.= VC/(1—C) (where V and C are impact velocity and normalized chest compression respectively) suggested by Viano (1983) and the dynamic pressure q_c of air flow are two correlated quantities. The relationship between the two quantities provides a basis for the inference of the results of windblast acting on thorax and abdomen from those of blunt impact on the thorax.

In order to improve operation scientifically,new-type Doppler radar and SSS (RS, GIS, GPS) technology are used in rain enhancement to command the rocket vehicle in real time and flexibly. Based on the analysis of local weather characteristics, radar echo features and the up-to-date technology, discussed are some crucial issues relevant to the utilization of Doppler radar in cloud seeding such as the choice of target clouds, the estimation of catalyzing potential, identification of catalyzing opportunity and the determination of catalyziong points, etc. An new technical operation method is presented, including rocket monitoring, index identification, operational parameter formation and effectiveness feedback, etc., and a technical procedure was proposed, in which SSS technology was adopted to trace and control operation vehicles in real time and scientifically.

为了提高作业的科学性 ,采用新一代多普勒雷达和 3S技术指挥火箭车适时科学流动作业 ,在分析当地天气特点、雷达回波特征以及充分运用现有人工影响天气技术的基础上 ,运用多普勒雷达指挥作业对不同类型云进行催化时目标云的选择、催化潜力判断、时机把握、催化部位的确定等关键问题进行了研究。提出了包括雷达监测、判别指标、作业参数生成和效果反馈分析等内容的新一代火箭增雨作业技术方法 ,并运用 3S技术对作业车辆实时定位跟踪 ,适时调整 ,科学指挥火箭车流动作业的技术思路。
