Mechanism of interaction between crystal growth and crystal melting in CZ method as been expounded in this paper. The melt is divided into three parts :main melt A;melt B which is in front of the growing interface with the thickness of submicroscopic layer of crystallization and high solute concentration(when k<1);separated layer melt C which is located between melt A and B.The separated layer melt C surrounds the growing interface of crystal and melt B,brings growing interface of crystal in contact with melt B and not with melt A. The disturbance concerned with forced system exists, the melt A intrudes into the edge of the separated layer melt C and contact with the edge of crystal.As a result,the edge of crystal is melting and the constitutional superheating of crystal is occured. Due to resistance of melting increases and the outline of separated layer melt moves toward inside,the degree of steady of separated layer melt increases and the equilibrium of between crystal growth and crystal melting is reached.The melting degree of the edge of crystal is depended on the constitutional supercooling of melt. The more the constitutional supercooling of melt is,the more round the cross section of crystal is.

本文阐述了引上法晶体生长和熔化相互作用的机理。引上法熔体分成三部分:主熔体A;生长面上一个亚微观层厚的具有高溶质浓度(k<1时)的熔体B;位于熔体A、B间的隔离层熔体C。无扰动时,隔离层熔体C包围着晶体生长面和熔体B,使晶体只与溶体B接触,不与熔体A接触。遇扰动时,熔体A侵入隔离层熔体不稳定的边缘,熔体A接触晶体,熔化发生。晶体熔化时,一个边界层厚的晶体中产生组分过热,晶体抗熔化能力增强,隔离层熔体轮廓线内移,它的稳定性增加,生长和熔化进入平衡状态。晶体边缘的熔化程度取决于组分过冷,组分过冷越严重,晶体横截面越趋于圆形。
