The optimization is as follows:soybeans have been extracted with 10 times 80% ethyl at 90 ℃ for 165 min for two times. The extracts are decolored with 1.5% active carbon at 45 ℃ for 30 min,then desalted with 732 and 717 ion exchange resin at 50～60 ℃ at the flowing rate of 35m~3/(m~3·h).
