Cracking reaction of n-heptane on NaX,NaY,NaUSY,NaM,NaZSM-5 and Na~+-faujasites with different Si/Al ratios has been investigated. It is concluded that n-heptane cracking reaction on all the Na~+-zeolites studied follows a pseudo-free radical mechanism and that the deactivation rate of all Na~+-zeolites is slower than that of acidic cracking catalysts.The results also show that free radical cracking activities of these zeolites increase with the decrease of Si/Al ratios, i.e. the cracking activities are related...

Cracking reaction of n-heptane on NaX,NaY,NaUSY,NaM,NaZSM-5 and Na~+-faujasites with different Si/Al ratios has been investigated. It is concluded that n-heptane cracking reaction on all the Na~+-zeolites studied follows a pseudo-free radical mechanism and that the deactivation rate of all Na~+-zeolites is slower than that of acidic cracking catalysts.The results also show that free radical cracking activities of these zeolites increase with the decrease of Si/Al ratios, i.e. the cracking activities are related to the sodium contents of the zeolites. It seems that the active sites are linked to sodium ions, which are responsible for the formation of the free radicals.Besides, with the increase of Si/Al ratios, though the cracking activity of the Na~+-zeolites decreases, the distribution pattern of the reaction products becomes more similar to that of the typical free radical thermal cracking process. There results suggest that pseudo-free radical cracking and typical free radical thermal cracking occur simultaneously in the process of n-heptane cracking on Na~+-zeolites.A preliminary experiment of heavy oil cracking is carried out on NaY-zeolites. Higher yield of diesel fraction was obtained and the octane number of the gasoline fraction could be greatly increased by a further catalytic process in absence of hydrogen under atmospheric pressure over HZSM-5 catalyst.

本文对多种Na~+沸石上正庚烷裂解进行了考察。发现在所考察的沸石上正庚烷裂解都是按类自由基机理进行的,并且Na~+沸石上裂化活性随反应时间的增长下降得比酸性催化剂慢。实验结果还表明,这些沸石上正庚烷自由基裂解活性随沸石的硅铝比增加而降低,即裂解活性与沸石中Na~+含量有关。似乎这类沸石结构上钠离子代表着沸石产生自由基的能力,它可能就是这类反应的活性中心。另外,随着硅铝比的增大,Na~+沸石活性虽然减弱,但裂解产品分布特征,却愈趋近典型自由基热裂化,很可能在Na~+沸石裂解过程中,实质上既存在类自由基裂解,也同时存在典型自由基热裂解。用重质油为原料在NaY沸石上进行了探索性试验,发现在裂解产物中,有可能得到较多的柴油馏分,而产品中的汽油部分,在常压非临氢条件下在HzSM-5上改质后,其辛烷值能得到大幅度的提高。

ZSM-5 zeolite was synthesized from EDA-Na_2O-Al_2O_3-SiO_2-H_2O system at 140—180℃. Paramenters of unit cell and efficient geometrical configuration were found to be very similar to zeolite synthesized from TPA. The main impurities were crystals of ZSM-35 zeolite, α-SiO_2 and mordenite. The influence of seeding. alkalinity, temperature, time and EDA content were investigated. A metastable phase transformation was proposed. After steaming at high temperature, good results were obtained for this ZSM-5 zeolite...

ZSM-5 zeolite was synthesized from EDA-Na_2O-Al_2O_3-SiO_2-H_2O system at 140—180℃. The main impurities were crystals of ZSM-35 zeolite, α-SiO_2 and mordenite. The influence of seeding. alkalinity, temperature, time and EDA content were investigated. A metastable phase transformation was proposed. After steaming at high temperature, good results were obtained for this ZSM-5 zeolite in gas oil hydrodewaxing. The operation time was more than 120 days without regeneration.

用EDA-Na_2O-Al_2O_3-SiO_2和H_2O为原料,在140—180℃晶化得到了ZSM-5沸石. 用乙二胺合成ZSM-5沸石,其X光衍射围谱、限制指数、吸附数据等均与文献一致.林炳雄等用多晶X射线衍射法测定了沸石的晶体结构,并与文献中提出的丙基胺合成ZSM-5沸石的晶体结构进行了对比,两种样品的晶胞参数十分相似,通道的有效几何构型十分相近。合成ZSM-5沸石的主要杂品是ZSM-35沸石,α-SiO_2及丝光沸石。我们研究了加入晶种、乙二胺用量、体系碱度、晶化温度与时间对晶化过程的影响,提出了亚稳相转晶的看法。经蒸汽处理后,由于柴油临氢降凝效果很好,连续运转可达120天以上。

The pyrolysis of hydrocarbons for olefins production is a complex reaction process,the mathematical models of which account in detail for the complex reaction networks,involving many radicals and intermediate spacies. With feedstocks like naphtha and gas oil,containing hundreds of components,the generation of the reaction network for each of the feed components becomes a task of great difficulty.In this paper a method is developed for the generation of these reaction networks for paraffin pyrolysis and the associated rate equations by computer using an approach based upon Boolean relation matrices.

烃类裂解生产烯烃是一个复杂的反应过程,其数学模型是含有许多自由基和中间产物的复杂反应网络。对于象石脑油、轻柴油这样含有几百种组份的原料,产生这个反应网络就是一个极其艰巨而重要的任务。为解决这个问题,本文给出一个以布尔代数为基础,建立钨烷烃裂解反应网线及其速度方程的方法。
