Based on the observational results and under some assumptions, the strength of the magnetic field is calculated. The result is in the order of 10 μG. Taking this result in to acount, it is concluded that the relativistic electrons in the envelope could not be accelerated in and escaped from the clumps. They must have their local generation.

The optical device with coaxial microlens arrays is introduced to shape the beams from DFB laser diode linear arrays in DWDM for matching the modal in the waveguides. The formulas for design the device are obtained by using the theory of Gaussian micro beam focused by microlens.
