The aim of this paper was to study the difference between white and brown spotslesions of enamel caries under light and scanning electron microscopes.Results had shown that carious enamel with brown spots were deeper and more serioushan those of white spots.To the carious teeth with brown spots,more attention should be paid.

收集早期龋人恒磨牙制成薄片和扫描电镜标本,对白垩斑22个和褐色班34个标本分别用光镜和扫描电镜进行观察、测量并摄象。结果表明:光镜下,所有标本损害表面完整,表层下损害主体清楚。微测量显示,褐色斑较白垩斑深(分别为547±200μm,365±152μm),差异有显著性(P<0.01)。褐色斑病损多数累及到釉牙本质界甚至牙本质层。电镜观察显示,无论损害表面,表层和表层下,褐色斑损害均较白垩斑严重。

The features of four infrared focal plane arrays(IRFPA)are analyzed and compared,and the significant superiority of uncooled IRFPA is introduced,which is low-cost and convenient to use.hree kinds of uncooled IRFPA are presented.Micromachined bolometer IRFPA is important in research nowadays,they will give a great revolution to the night-vision system. This study aimed at enhancing the practicality of rhesus monkey cataract as the ideal natural animal modles of human cataract.An investigation on parameters of refracting media in 46 rhesus monkey eyes were conducted using micro measurements under an operating microscope.The results were compared with the relevant parameters in human eyes.The findings indicated that the lens thickness,horizontal diameter and vertical diameter in equator of crystalline lens are 4.25±0.33 mm,9.79±0.56mm and 9.53±0.53mm respectively.The horizontal diameter and vertical diameter of cornea are 11.32±0.37mm and 10.86±0.46mm respectively.The results showed that above parameters are almost same between rhesus monkey eyes and human eyes.Other parameters in rhesus monkey eyes are quite similar to that in human eyes.

本研究旨在提高猕猴白内障作为人类白内障理想的天然动物模型的实用性。在手术显微镜下采用微测量技术对46只猕猴眼进行屈光间质及其它实用参数研究并与人的有关参数进行比较。研究结果表明,猕猴眼晶体厚度、晶体赤道部水平径、晶体赤道部垂直径、角膜水平径、角膜垂直径分别为4.25±0.33mm、9.79±0.56mm、9.53±0.53mm、11.32±0.37mm、10.86±0.46mm。这些参数与人的参数几乎完全相同,其他参数也与人的相应参数非常接近。由此,可为建立白内障的动物模型提供实验依据。
