The study of micro mechanics is one of the hot points of science and technology in the world. Micro measuring and controling has become the most important research field of micro mechanics.
In this dissertation, on the basis of understanding for the latest domestic and overseas situation of high speed/high precision positioning system, macro-micro driving and cross-scale measurement method, a novel high speed/high precision positioning system is presented.
By using the Eddy current sensor minimum contact forces in measurement is realized, and inturn the deformations of measuring ball and measuring stylus are minimized.
