The range of normal ventricular size for 100 newborns and 50 infants was measured by B-mode sector scanner in this report.Fifteen scans of coronal,sagital and horizontal sections were examined and drawn depending upon the clinical findings,literatures,atlas and specimen of the human brain.There are more scans and details than those reported in the literatures.We also detected that there are more cavum septi pallucidi in the mature newborns than those in the foreigners.The width of lateral ventricles in coronal scan of our group is 0.44± 0.06cm,it is analogue with one group repoted in our country.but it is slightly larger than foreigner' s.We believed that the idea if width of lateral ventricle is 4-6 mm to be considered as mild hydrocephalus for newborns is equivocal.Although the final standard gauge should be made after more measurement of the newborns.Finally,it is worthy to recommend that B-scan for diagnosing the intracranial lesions of newborns and infants is a good method at the present time.

本文报告了应用B型扇扫超声仪检测新生儿100例及婴幼儿50例的脑室测量正常值,参考综合国内外能见的报道,脑图谱及标本,结合临床,绘制出冠状,矢状及水平切面15个断层图,较其它文献中层面及结构较多,观察到在成熟儿中透明隔腔亦属多见,冠状位侧脑室宽度本组为0.44±0.06cm,与国内一组的报告数值相近,较国外报告稍大,认为文献报道侧脑室宽度在4~6mm为轻度扩大的标准应用于我国初生儿值得商榷,自然需要更多的探测,才能下最后结论,认为B超能检测新生儿及2~3岁以下小儿颅内疾患。值得推广,应用于外科手术中及术后成人患者肯定会取得同样满意的效果。

本文通过实验研究和理论分析探讨了变弹模光弹模拟中层面温度约束应力的产生机理及其发展过程,以及层面应力约束与应变约束的一致性,表明了层面两侧最终冻结下来的约束应力均为拉应力。这对进一步消除岩体结构工程的变弹模光弹模拟中层面温度约束效应带来的影响具有重要意义。
