The posterior arm cutaneous nerve originates from radial nerve with a mean external diameter of 1.5 ± 0.4(0.8~2.2)mm, its blood supply originated from the collateral branch of axillary artery and brachial artery with an external diameter of 0.8± 0.2(0.4~1.2)mm.
Recipient nerves included median nerve in 20 eases, radial nerve in 3 cases, muscnlocutaneous nerve in 2 cases, both median and radial nerves in 2 cases, and both median and musculocutaneous nerves in 1 case.
One or more bundles of subcutaneous superfacial vein taken from 1o patients with traumatic defect in nervus radialis, ulnaris and medianus of forarms, in whom the primary and secondary restoration was performed, was transplanted into the relevant nervus interfascicular of cut sides to repair nervus defect of 1.5￣4.5 cm.
Methods The dorsal island flap of the index finger, the neurocutaneous vascular flap of the thumb dorsal medial branches of the radial nerve, U Ⅰshaped vascular pedicle island flap from the dorsum of hand, the reversed digital artery island flap, great toe fibular skin flap were designed to treat the pulp defects of the 3 fingers.
2 cases of dissociated paresis of the radial nerve are described, in which pain and sensory disturbances suggested an irritation or lesion of cervical nerve roots.
However, the correlation of clinical findings with electromyography clearly revealed a dissociated paresis of the forearm muscles supplied by the radial nerve.
In both cases a compression of the ramus profundus of the radial nerve in the proximal third of the forearm due to a lipoma and to subluxation of the capitulum radii, respectively, was verified on surgery.
Finally, a few small units electromyographically were recorded in an adult with transection of the ramus profundus of the radial nerve.
Four SNCVs from the median nerve, two SNCVs from the ulnar nerve and one from the radial nerve were obtained, and the ratio of the median to radial SNCV and the ratios of the median and ulnar SNCVs were estimated.
0.16 in the radial nerves and an average value of 4.55, S.D.
Nerve biopsy specimens from 53 patients with leprosy and neuropathy were taken from the sural, the dorsal branch of the ulnar, or the superficial radial nerves and processed for light and electron microscopy.
Extracellular recordings were made of intralaminar thalamic neurones responding to stimulation of the radial nerves.
Surface- and micro-electrode recordings were made from the left paramedian lobule of the cat cerebellum in order to investigate responses generated by stimulation of the superficial radial nerves.
(3) The stimulation of group I afferents in the median or the radial nerves produced inhibition of triceps motoneurones, with a latency compatible with a disynaptic linkage.

One year after beginning of the experiment seven streptozotocin-injected Wistar rats and seven controls were fixed by whole-body perfusion, the nervus radialis was dissected and processed for light and electron microscopy.
