IV in addition to the high level fat diet of 0.5/kg, 1.0g/kg, 1.5g/kg of CS were given respectively and normal group (group V)was fed on the basal diet . Effect of CS on declining blood lipid and anti-oxidation were studied.
In the 3 experiments, the mice were divided into high zinc(HZ) group, medium zinc(MZ)group and low zinc(LZ)group, and were fed with relative HZ diet, MZ diet and LZ diet for 21 days(hyperthermal lethal test for 14 days) respectively.
The effect of cadmium on iron metabolism was evaluated in pregnant and lactating rats as well as their offsprings. The rats were fed by the diets sufficient in Fe(230 mg/kg)and different levels of Cd (0,25,85 mg/kg).
At the age of one day,the chickens of groupⅡ,Ⅴ,Ⅵwere intraabdominally inoculated with virulent Marek′s disease virus(vMDV)and the chickens of grou pⅣ,Ⅵfed on the diets containing 100mg/kg Ge 132.During the experiment,all groups were managed under the same environment.
The near infrared diffuse reflectance spectra of forage can be analysed by pincipal factor analysis. The calibration curve fitting from frist eight principal factor scores and chemical analysis results can simultaneously predict the contents of crude protein,moisture,crude fat of unknown forage samples with nondestructive analysis,the average estimate error is 2.1%,3.6%,8.1% respectively for moisture,crude protein and crude fat.
Content of protein and ten trace elements in forage were determined. The results show that the forage contains 9.68% protein and higher amount of Mg,Ca,Fe,Mn,Zn,Cu than other elements. Saponin and residual oil can be extracted from camellia cake and recovery rate are 11.0% and 5.0%, respectively.
