15 mice were inoculated with tumour S180 after feeding control diet for 20d, and then soybean selenoprotein at level of 202.5 g/kg was supplemented to determine the curative effects of soybean selenoprotein.
Three groups of shrimps were cultured in tanks filled with seawater and fed a commercial medicated diet containing 2000 mg kg-1 CAP, SMZ and OTC, respectively, twice daily for 3 days. Muscle was ground, mixed and formed into 5g "meatballs".
In this trial, the low selenium-containing fodder (bought from keshan county of Hei Longjiang, Se<0.01mg/kg) was used as control diet, Kunming mice (average weight 18-20g,half was male) were divided into 5 groups.
Serum TC, LDL-C and Atherosclerosis Index (AI) were significantly increased in rats after fed high-cholesterol diets containing 1% cholesterol, 0.3% cholic acid and 6% pig oil for 4 weeks, but there was no obvious change for serum TG and HDL-C.
Serum TC, LDL-C and AI were significantly decreased after the same high-cholesterol diets with the addition of 6%, 10% or 15% multifunctional soybean fiber (MSF). Wherever, there was no obvious effect on serum TG and HDL-C.
2) The RS have no bad effect on ability to growth and viscera. The RS can enhanced feces production and the water holding capacity of feces in wistar rats with 6.1% RS provided in diets, preventing constipation.
Methods 30 male rats(SD strain) were randomly divided into 3 groups and fed with basic diet,semisynthetic diets containing 12%lard or blent oil(mainly composed of soybean oil and rape-seed oil)respectively.
We conduct research on the best procedure condition of lees fermentation forage by applying the solid deep bed anaerobic fermentation. After single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment, the result shows inoculation quantity of the best fermentation parameter is 5%~15%, the amount of water of culture medium above 10%, fermentation time l~3day and fermentation temperature 28-32 ℃.
