Differential Scanning Calorimetry was used to study the interaction between sodium oxaoillin and six common exoipients, namely, stearic acid, starch, magnesium stearate, talcum, calcium carbonate and calcium hydrophosphate. The resulting thermograms indicated that the mixtures of sodium oxaoillin had a tendency to be incompatible with stearic acid, or with magnesium stearate, while the other mixtures, to be compatible. The chemical stability experiments proved to be identical with the results. We found the technique oould be useful for preformulation stability studies with the advantages that only small quantity of sample was required and the process was much more rapid.

本文报道用差示扫描量热法(Differential Scanning Calorimetry,DSC)研究常用片剂赋形剂例如淀粉、硬脂酸、硬脂酸镁、滑石粉等与苯唑青霉素钠有无相互化学反应,能否使后者的稳定性降低。实验表明:硬脂酸、硬脂酸镁可以使苯唑青霉素钠的稳定性降低,故不能作为苯唑青霉素钠固体制剂的赋形剂,其他赋形剂如滑石粉、淀粉、碳酸钙等则无影响。DSC所显示的结果与化学稳定性实验一致,但DSC具有样品量少、快速、简便等优点,可作为片剂处方设计、赋形剂筛选或制剂质量控制的常规方法。

The influence of the common excipients, such as stearic acid, magnesium stearate, starch, talc powder and calcium carbonate etc. on the stability of sodium oxacillin and ampicillin trihydrate was studied by programmed pyrolysis gas chromatography and infrared spectroscopy. Experimental results showed that there is solid state reaction between sodium oxacillin and stearic acid. So it's not suitable for them to be used as excipients with sodium oxacillin. The influence of the common excipients, such as stearic acid, magnesium stearate, starch, talc powder and calcium carbonate etc. on the stability of sodium oxacillin and ampicillin trihydrate was studied by programmed pyrolysis gas chromatography and infrared spectroscopy. Experimental results showed that there is solid state reaction between sodium oxacillin and stearic acid. So it's not suitable for them to be used as excipients with sodium oxacillin. No reactions happened between the sodium oxacillin and other excipients. The same results were obtained by using DTA method.

采用程序裂解-气相色谱(GC)检测系统,配合红外光谱等手段,研究常用赋形剂如硬脂酸、硬脂酸镁、淀粉、滑石粉和碳酸钙等对苯唑青霉素钠和氨苄青霉素稳定性的影响。实验结果表明,硬脂酸和苯唑青霉素钠有固相反应发生,不宜作苯唑青霉素钠固体制剂的赋形剂,其它赋形剂在相同条件下无此现象。这与差热分析的结果一致。
