目的 探讨脾胃湿证不同腻苔患者血浆SOD/MDA的改变及健脾祛湿治疗的影响。方法 选取 6 0例脾胃湿证患者 ,分为寒湿和湿热两组 (各 30例 ) ,分别检测患者血浆SOD和MDA的水平 ,并进行健脾化湿治疗观察 ;MDA检测采用TBA法 ,SOD采用RIA法。结果 脾胃湿证时 ,黄、白腻苔患者血浆SOD水平较正常薄白苔降低 ,MDA明显升高 ,且与腻苔厚度有一定的平行关系 ,健脾祛湿治疗对血浆SOD/MDA水平具有改善作用。结论 腻苔的形成与氧自由基损伤有关 ,健脾祛湿法能有效地改善腻苔和治疗脾胃湿证 ,其机制可能与其清除氧自由基及抗氧化损伤作用有关。

AIM:To discuss the changes of plasm superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialde hyde(MDA) in patients with spleen- stomach damp syndrome with greasy fur and th eir effects in strengthening the spleen and removing dampness. RESULTS:The levels of plasm SOD in patients with white and yellow greasy fur[(102.47± 11.03) ì mol/L and(104.68ì mol/L] were lower than those of thin- white fur in normal(121.95± 13.66) ì mol/L.The levels of plasm MDA inc reased obviously[yellow- greasy fur: (6.12± 0.72), (5.92± 0.67) ì mol/L;thi n- white fur:( 4.28± 0.61) ì mol/L](t=3.12,2.87,P< 0.01).Both of them had pa rallel relation to the thickness of greasy fur.Huashi decoction could improve da mpness and greasy fur,increase plasm SOD levels but decrease plasm MDA levels. CONCLUSION: Formation of greasy fur is related to free radical injury. The th erapeutic mechanism of huashi decoction may be related to clearing oxygen- deri ved free radicals and preventing oxidative injury.
