When cultured cardiac cells of rats were exposed to X-XOD containing medium, the absolute values of electronic parameters were decreased the percentange of beating clusters reduced and the microscopic structure destroyed. PQS significantly converted all the indices, which shows that PQS can protect the cells from oxidative damage.

Using the methods of observation under electron microscopy and electron spin reso- nance spectroscopy (ESR). we observed the damage action of X -XOD and antioxidative damage action of panaxadiol saponin monomer Rb1 on the cultured myocardiocytes in neonatal Wistar rat. The results indicated that X - XOD destroyed the myofilaments and mitochondria and increased the amount of free radicals. Rb1 30μg/ml added to the medium could apparently antagonize all of the variations induced by X-XOD.

OBJECTIVE:To study effects of anti-oxidation and anti-liporoxidation of ginkgo agent on angina pectoris patients.METHODS:We measured the plasma levels of vitamin C(P-VC),plasma vitamin E(P-VE),plasma β-carotene(P-β-CAR),plasma lipoperoxides(P-LPO) and erythrocyte superoxide dismutase(E-SOD),erythrocyte catalase(E-CAT),erythrocyte glutathione peroxidase(E-GSH-PX) and erythrocyte lipoperoxides(E-LPO) levels of 78 angina pectoris patients before and after the treatment of ginkgo agent(TAPONIN).RESULTS:Compared with pre-treatment,the post-treatment average levels of P-VC,P-VE,P-β-CAR,E-SOD,E-CAT and E-GSH-PX were increased significantly(P<0.001),while the average levels of P-LPO and E-LPO were decreased significantly(P<0.001).There was no significance between above levels of the post-treatment patient group and those of control group(P>0.05).CONCLUSION:The pathological oxidation and lipoperoxidation reaction in angina pectoris patients clearly decreased after treatment,and ginkgo agent has better effects of anti-oxidation injury and anti-lipoperoxidation injury.

目的 :探讨银杏叶制剂对心绞痛患者的抗氧化和抗脂质过氧化作用。方法 :检测了 78例心绞痛患者经银杏叶制剂“天宝宁”治疗前后的血浆维生素C(P -VC)、维生素E(P -VE)、β -胡萝卜素 (P -β -CAR)、过氧化脂质 (P-LPO)以及红细胞超氧化物歧化酶 (E -SOD)、过氧化氢酶 (E -CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (E -GSH -PX)、过氧化脂质 (E -LPO)值。结果 :与治疗前比较 ,治疗后的P -VC、P -VE、P -β -CAR、E -SOD、E -CAT、E -GSH -PX平均值均显著升高 (P <0 .0 0 1 ) ,P -LPO、E -LPO平均值均显著降低 (P <0 .0 0 1 ) ,与对照组比较无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5)。结论 :心绞痛患者体内的病理性氧化反应和脂质过氧化反应在治疗后明显减缓 ,银杏叶制剂具有较强的抗氧化损伤和抗脂质过氧化损伤作用
