Applying pragmatic force when doing translation has been acknowledged in the probe of the establishment of translation theory. And the relevance theory further supports it in taking cultural differences as factors which help produce acceptable and up - to - date versions. Economics of language now much in vogue considers the linguistic values in translation in a certain social context.

近年来,语用学的观点应用于翻译的探索已被认可。翻译过程中,对度的有效把握一直是关联理论所倡导的。用合理的富有时代感的语言转译原文,是对文化差异的最好诠释,语言经济学也坚持这一观点。因此,在英汉两种语言互译过程中合理地运用时代感较强的语言,进行商业性“包装”也是可行的。

Marker genes are useful in facilitating the detection of genetically modified organisms(GMO). The accurate detecting techniques for GMO are the basis for setting up labeling regulation. In addition, some methods used to remove marker genes in genetically modified foods were introduced in the paper, which can eliminate their biosafety concern thoroughly.

针对绿色蔬菜在加工过程中失绿的现象,综合分析了变色机理及近年来在加工中常用的护色技术。结果表明,脱镁叶绿素a、b,焦脱镁叶绿素a、b及脱镁叶绿酸a、b的形成,是造成绿色蔬菜色泽劣化的主要原因。从应用上看,目前常用的金属离子护色法效果较好,但其安全性仍有待于进一步研究;而改用叶绿素衍生物染色技术效果也很理想并且其食品安全已被认可因此这种方法已成为目前护色时常选用的安全有效方法。
