The primary energy consumption and the energy cost of the heat pump dryer are compared with those of electrical heating dryer and steam-heating dryer and their economic evaluations are carried out.

本文提供了一套热泵干燥实验装置及流程,并在整个干燥周期内对其动态性能进行了全面考察。对装置的适宜操作范围进行实验,运用正交实验法找到一组使得热泵干燥单位能耗最小的最优操作条件。以陶瓷粘土、木材、棉布为干燥物料,进行热泵干燥与电加热干燥节能对比实验表明,热泵干燥的节能效果为50~57%。本文还对热泵干燥、电加热干燥、蒸汽加热干燥的一次能源消耗和能源费用进行了比较和经济评价。

In this paper, molecular and structural analyses of some materials defects were done by laser Raman microprobe. We probed into the reason which caused the defects. There were some evidences showing that the microcrystals in the glass had a close relation with bubbles. Bubbles played a role of micro heat insulation in the glass. The temperature in the bubbles was about 825?, And more, silicon micro - crystals were found in the ceramic defects with microholes showing that there was some carbon in the raw clay.

本文利用拉曼微探针对某些硅酸盐材料的缺陷进行了组分与结构研究,并初步探讨了它们的成因.现有证据表明,平板玻璃中的微晶质体的出现多与气泡密切相关,气泡在玻璃熔制过程中起着微绝热体的作用,且其内部温度大约在825℃左右.另外,在陶瓷中发现伴有针孔的黑斑缺陷多为单质硅,这是由陶瓷粘土原料中的碳所致.
