The SPF in bladder carcinoma、bladder neoplasms patients(15 53±6 54,9 37±5 05)is significant higher than in haematuria patients( P <0 001, P <0 001). The SPF in bladder carcinoma patients is significant higher than bladder neoplasma patients( P <0 001).
Conclusion CpG-ODN can induce murine DCs to produce Th1 cytokine IL-12, but it displays little effect on Th2 cytokine IL-10. CpG-ODN may be a potential adjuvant used to prevent the recurrence of bladder neoplasms.
