This paper reports measured results of exposure and angulardistribution of bremsstrahlung field from a pulsed electron accelerator by LiFthemoluminescence detector(TLD).The appartus has exposure rate 10~(10)R/Son window when voltage 450kV,current peak 110 kA,pulsed width 20 to30 ns,and when the thick target is used.The dispersity of LiF-TLD isdiscussed.Radiation protection assessment for the apparatus is also given.

本文给出用 LiF 热释光探测器(以下简称 LiF-TLD)对某脉冲电子加速器(厚靶)轫致辐射场的照射量和角分布的测量结果。该装置在高压450千伏、峰值电流110千安、工作脉冲宽度20—30纳秒时,窗口的照射率为10~(10)伦/秒。文中讨论了 LiF-TLD 的分散性,并给出了对该装置的辐射防护评价

This paper presents some main aspects for considerationand study ln preparing "Regulations for Radiation Protection", under theprinciple of adapting relating recomm ndations by international organizations(ICRP, IAEA, etc.) and regulations and standards of advanced countries.Some of them are: implementation of radiation protection optimization;necessity for limiting those practices which might increase naturalradiation level; the basis for determining annual effective dose equivalentlimit for member of the public...

This paper presents some main aspects for considerationand study ln preparing "Regulations for Radiation Protection", under theprinciple of adapting relating recomm ndations by international organizations(ICRP, IAEA, etc.) and regulations and standards of advanced countries.Some of them are: implementation of radiation protection optimization;necessity for limiting those practices which might increase naturalradiation level; the basis for determining annual effective dose equivalentlimit for member of the public and ALI for infant and children; purposeand meaning of effluent monitoring; control of discharge of effluent(Both concentration and amount); main content of report to competentauthority; basic requirement for radiation protection assessment, principleof medical surveillance for radiation workers, etc. The progress relatedto these aspects is introduced as well.

本文介绍在结合我国具体情况尽量采用ICRP和IAEA等国际权威组织的有关建议及先进国家的标准的原则下,制定我国《辐射防护规定》中考虑和研究的一些问题。其中主要是:辐射防护最优化原则在辐射防护规定中如何具体化;加强和明确对可能造成天然辐射水平增高的实践的限制的必要性;确定公众成员年有效剂量当量限值和婴儿、儿童的ALI的依据;明确和强调流出物监测的意义;对流出物排放的控制,要将过去单纯的浓度控制改变为既控制浓度又控制总量;明确辐射防护评价的基本要求、主要内容和上报评价报告规定的必要性;对辐射工作人员的医学监督必须根据一般职业医学原则进行等。还介绍了与这些问题有关的近期的一些研究进展。

According to the radioactivity left in the Su27 accident spot, a research was carried out to find the radioactive source in the fighter. Based on the experiment results, 3H is found out to be the radioactive ionization part in the gas tube P26. The activity of 3H is estimated and the radiation protection is given out in detail.

针对Su-27飞机事故现场可能有放射性这一问题开展研究,在解剖现场样品后找出了放射性配件P-26放电管,利用有损液闪分析测量,得出放射性同位素为3H以及放射性活度,依此给出了Su-27飞机点火部件的辐射防护评价
