The results shoWed rhIL-3 was the most effective in promoting colony formation than which of rhGM-CSF and of rhIL-6. When rhIL-3 combined with rhIL-6, the effect of the promoting colony formaion was the greatest than which of any cytokine alone and of other cytokines combinations. The results were not identical on cell kinetics regardless .of cytokines alone or combination. There were some relationships between colony formation and cell kinetics.

应用重组人粒单细胞集落刺激因子(rhGMCSF)、白细胞介素3(rhIL-3)和白细胞介素6(rhIL-6)作为刺激因子,通过集落形成和细胞周期动力学变化,观察急性粒细胞白血病和非白血病骨髓细胞增殖影响,以及它们之间的关系。结果表明:rhIL-3促成CFU-GM形成率高于rhGM-CSF和rhIL-6的作用,IL-3+IL-6配伍时CFU-GM产率大于任何一种因子单独应用组和其它两因子配伍组;rhIL-6与rhGMCSF或rhIL-6与rhIL-3配伍在非白血病骨髓和白血病骨髓动力学方面影响不一致。在集落形成和动力学之间存在一定关系。

objective:We observed the changes of peripheral blood and bone marrow before and after the chemotherapy to neuroblastoma patients, in order to study the dynamic changes of bone marrow invaded by neuroblastoma. Methods:For 145 cases of neuroblastoma collected from the pediatric department and ophthalmology department of our hospital, we studied the bone marrow smears and blood smears as well as histochemical stained ones to determine the proliferation rate and morphology of bone marrow. Results: The proliferation and distribution of neuroblastoma cells in blood and bone marrow varied along with the disease stage: the higher the tumor cells rate was the more serious the symptoms were; when the tumor cells decreased after chemotherapy, the symptoms were alleviated, too. Conclusions: When the bone marrow was mildly invaded by neuroblastoma cells, the tumor cells could be found under microscope accidentally, and it was highly prone to be missed. When progressively invaded, the proliferation of bone marrow was extremely depressed, and the tumor cell was also seldom, so it was often misdiagnosed as aplastic anemia. When severely invaded, the tumor cell was predominant in bone marrow, and it was often misdiagnosed as leukemia.

目的:对神经母细胞瘤(NB)患儿化疗前后血、骨髓进行系统观察,探索总结NB细胞髓内转移骨髓动力学变化规律。方法:145例NB患儿均做骨髓与外周血涂片镜检,观察瘤细胞增生程度与形态特点,同时做细胞免疫组化染色。结果:NB外周血与骨髓像中瘤细胞增生程度及分布因病情而异;瘤细胞所占比例越高,症状越重,化疗后瘤细胞减少,临床症状随之减轻。结论:瘤细胞轻度浸润,镜检可偶见瘤细胞,极易漏诊。中度浸润时,骨髓增生极度低下,瘤细胞少见,易误诊为再障。重度浸润时,瘤细胞占绝对优势,易误诊为各类型白血病。
