Halogenating reaction is one of the most important reactions in organic synthesis and the choosing of appropriate halogenating reagent is the hot spot of this field and plays an important role in achieving this kind of reaction. In this paper, research progress in the studying of high efficiency halogenation agent in recent years was reviewed and the application of a series of high efficiency halogenating reagents in halogenating substitution reaction and halogenating addition reaction were introduced. The advantage and disadvantage of different halogenating agents were discussed and the developing tendency was prospected.

卤代反应是有机合成中的一类重要反应,选择合适的卤化试剂是实现该类反应的关键,也是目前研究的热点之一。本文对近年来在高效卤化试剂研究方面取得的进展进行了综述,介绍了系列高效卤化剂在卤化取代反应、卤化加成反应等方面的应用。具体评述了不同卤化试剂的优缺点并展望了卤化试剂的发展趋势。
