研究了中胚花筒螅辐射幼体的附着和变态过程以及不同温、盐度对辐射幼体附着和变态的影响.结果表明幼体的附着分为暂时性附着及永久性附着两个阶段;幼体附着变态的适宜盐度范围为23~41;适宜温度范围为13~21℃;在较低温度下(9~17℃),幼体可逆性ATT附着时间延长,有利于幼体对附着基底的选择及幼体的扩散.
