In order to choose a best regeneration system, several medium used to induce shoot, callus and root were compared. The results showed that 1/2MS + BA 1 mg/L + NAA 0.1 mg/L, MS + BA 1 mg/L+ 2.4-D 0.1 mg/L and 1/2MS were the best media respectively.
