This paper analyzes on the variation of the library work after the technical secondary school is promoted into the higher vocational college,probes into how the library to adapt the development requirement of the higher vocational education.
Data on 946 technical secondary school students were analysed to evaluate the smoking condition in Lhasa,Results showed that the rate of the smoking in male students was 70 52%,rate of smoking in female students was 13,09%.
