The geological conditions of a block-shaped sandstone reservoir formed on a 1arge gentleslope zone are stated in this paper. Drilling materials and test data confirm that oil produced in the downdiptraps and water in the updip ones. The result of study shows that oil distribution is controlled by branchchannel facies on delta plain and the oil accumulation is constrained by nose-structure on this facies. Because the hydrodynamic closure comes from up-dip direction, the reservoir was finally formed.

There exist six genesis types of gentle slope with their own geological characteristics in the reservoir area of Three Gorge project. The sensibility of these factors to the stability of the gentle slope were evaluated in detail. On the basis of above study and the investigation in situ, the geological criteria for discriminating the gentle slope stability were given here, and the quantitative methods were applied to evaluating the stability, considering the reservoir impounding, rainfall and maninduced infiltration, and the shear strength of the sliding soil mass in situ. The case studies of some of the gentle slope sensitive to slope failure were also given in this paper.

Absorption peaks of dopamine overlapped seriously with that of ascorbic acid in the range of 200~300nm. However, their electrochemically oxidized states show a very different behavior. The oxidized product of dopamine shows three strong absorption peaks at 210, 300 and 480nm, while that of ascorbic acid absorbs very weak in the wavelength of 200~400nm showing only a slow smooth and sloping band. On this basis, a UV visible spectroelectrochemical method using a long path length thin layer cell is put forward for the determination of dopamine in the presence of ascorbic acid. The determination is carried out in a 0.1mol·L -1 phosphate buffer solution of pH 6.2. The difference of absorbances (Δ A ) measured at 318nm and 293nm and at the electrode potential of 0.6V ( vs. Ag/AgCl) are found to keep linear relationship with the concentrations of dopamine in the range of 4.0×10 -6 ~2.0×10 -4 mol·L -1 with a detection limit of 2.0×10 -6 mol·L -1 . The RSD at the concentration level of 6.20×10 -5 mol·L -1 is found to be 2.6% ( n =11). The method proposed is found to be more sensitive and selective than the conventional spectrophotometric method, and it has been applied to the analysis of dopamine injections. The results obtained are in conformity with those obtained by the method of pharmacopoeia. Recoveries batween 91.8%~100.8% are obtained.

多巴胺 (DA)和抗坏血酸 (AA)的吸收光谱在 2 0 0~ 30 0nm内重叠严重 ,但在电化学氧化状态下 ,DA的氧化产物在 2 10 ,30 0和 4 80nm有强吸收峰 ,AA的氧化产物在 2 0 0~ 4 0 0nm范围内吸收较弱且呈光滑平缓的斜坡。在此基础上 ,利用自行设计的长光程薄层光谱电化学池建立了一种双波长光谱电化学法测定DA。测定条件为 pH 6 .2的磷酸盐缓冲液 (PBS) ,0 .6V (vs.Ag/AgCl)电极电位 ,双波长 318/ 2 93nm ,线性范围为 4 .0× 10 - 6 ~ 2 .0× 10 - 4mol·L- 1,检出限为 2 .0×10 - 6 mol·L- 1。对 6 .2 0× 10 - 5mol·L- 1DA进行 11次平行测定 ,平均相对偏差为 2 .6 %。与文献报道的吸光光度法相比 ,该法具有较高的灵敏度和选择性 ,较为有效地消除了AA的干扰 ,回收率在 91.8%~ 10 0 .8%之间 ,结果满意
