In this paper, an encryption protocol of RSA with small public key is presented. This protocol allows many users using the same small public key. When sending the same message to these users, the sender can make the small public key enlarge dynamically according the number of recipients. Furthermore, the decryption key can be computed efficiently by each recipient according to his private key. Therefore, this protocol can enhance the encryption speed of RSA while withstanding the low exponent attack.

提出了一种采用小公钥的RSA加密协议.该协议允许多个用户都采用相同的小公钥,在对这些用户发送加密信息时,发方可根据要发送的用户数对小公钥进行动态放大,而每个接收者在解密时可根据私钥动态计算解密密钥.这样既提高了RSA的加密速度,同时可抵御对RSA的低指数加密攻击.

Usually there are some disadvantages for a normal radiative large scanning image such as the range of global pixel values is too large and the local area does not show a striking contrast. In order to improve the clearness of scanning images captured from high energy X-ray source, a new enhancement algorithm that combined global adaptive equalization with local dynamic enhancement was proposed in this paper. The new method will not only effectively increase the global contrast of high-energy radiative image, but also intensify local details. Our experiments show this method will give observer a clearer global radiative image both with enough local contrast in dealing with the large range of gray values distribution. Because the new algorithms?contrast enhancement coefficient function can be adjusted dynamically and locally, the new algorithms are not only adaptive to the process of radiative image but also having great reference value to the other grayscale images.

对于采用高能X射线获得的大型透视图像而言,图像值域范围过宽和局部图像反差较小是其特点。如何处理得到整体清晰同时细节突出的透视图像是一个技术难点。针对这一难点,本文提出了一种全局自适应均衡与局部动态放大相结合的对比度增强算法,该算法能有效提高高能射线透视图像的整体对比度并同时突出细节。这种新的算法能在灰度值范围分布较广的情况下实现局部不同增强倍数的要求,达到细节对比度增强和全局清晰的效果。由于增强倍数可以局部动态调整,使得这种改进可以适合各种对比度增强的要求。在实际的应用中,对于其他成像技术的处理也有很好的参考价值。

We take the surface wave magnitude M S measured by the state seismic network as the standard.The comparison and statistical analysis between Fujian regional digital seismic network and state seismic network for M S had been made.The analysis is from three aspects:the dynamic magnification of data acquisition,amplitude frequency characteristics of FBS 3 wide frequency feedback speed seismograph and the expression of surface wave magnitude M S.The results indicate that the epicenter distance Δ and the dynamical range of data acquisition device and the frequency width of seismograph are the main factor to influence surface wave magnitude.The station correction and rms error to measure near distance surface wave magnitude M S have been obtained which meet Fujian regional digital seismic network.

以国家地震台网测定的面波震级为标准,利用福建区域数字地震台网测定的近距离面波震级MS结果与国家地震台网测定的面波震级结果进行比较和统计分析。根据两者之间的相对差量,主要从数据采集器的最大动态放大倍数分贝数、FBS3宽频带反馈式速度平坦型地震计的幅频特性和测定面波震级展开公式推导3方面进行分析。结果表明震中距Δ、数据采集器的动态范围和地震计记录地面运动振动频率的有效频带宽度是影响面波震级测定的主要因素,进而提出适合于福建区域台网测定近距离面波震级MS的台基校正值及标准偏差。
