The model is made in a scale of one tenth. It is considered as a project design of Nanjing New Century Square. The result of the pseudo?dynamic test has shown that the transfer?story structure model with prestessed concrete truss is deformed in a shear?flexure mode. Similarly, the result of the pseudo?static test has shown that the model behaves well under service load. It is good in ductility in he collapse stage that can be satisfied for the aseismatic requirement. Some requirements for the design of a tall building are presented for reference.

结合南京新世纪广场工程 ,进行了一榀 1∶10比例带预应力混凝土桁架转换层结构的拟动力试验和低周反复荷载作用下的拟静力试验 ,对带预应力混凝土桁架转换层结构的弹性地震反应、变形能力、延性系数等抗震耗能以及其破坏机制等进行了研究。文中还较为系统地提出了带预应力混凝土桁架转换层的高层建筑结构设计建议和构造要求 ,为带预应力混凝土桁架转换层的高层建筑结构的抗震设计和推广应用提供科学参考。

The elastic dynamic analysis method based on beam column theory is applied to analyze the seismic response of reinforced concrete mega frame structures. According to this analysis, the following conclusions are obtained: First, the displacement curve of reinforced concrete mega frame structures is a type of flexure sheer. Secondly, the stiffnesses of the major columns and the major beams are important factors which influence the elastic seismic response of the reinforced concrete mega frame structures....

The elastic dynamic analysis method based on beam column theory is applied to analyze the seismic response of reinforced concrete mega frame structures. According to this analysis, the following conclusions are obtained: First, the displacement curve of reinforced concrete mega frame structures is a type of flexure sheer. Secondly, the stiffnesses of the major columns and the major beams are important factors which influence the elastic seismic response of the reinforced concrete mega frame structures. With increasing stiffnesses of the major columns and the major beams, the horizontal displacements of the structures decrease while the decreasing rates gradually show down. Thirdly, the stiffnesses of the minor columns and the minor beams have little effects on the seismic response of reinforced concrete mega frame structures.

按照杆系模型的基本理论 ,采用时程分析的方法分析了钢筋混凝土巨型框架结构的弹性地震反应 .根据分析结果 ,得到 :钢筋混凝土巨型框架在地震作用下的侧移曲线为弯剪型 ;主框架梁和柱的刚度对巨型框架弹性地震反应有较大的影响 ,其规律为“双曲线”型 ,即保持其他参数不变 ,随着主框架梁柱刚度的增大 ,结构侧移减小 ,其减小的速率会逐渐减缓 ;次框架梁和柱的刚度对巨型框架的弹性地震反应的影响较小

Based on the theoretical analysis and pseudo dynamic testing of model with prestressed truss transfer storey with scale of 1 to 10, the elastic earthquake responses of model with prestressed concrete truss transfer storey are studied, and method of implicit numerical integration used in the pseudo dynamic testing is discussed. The experiment and analysis results show that frame model with truss transfer storey has partial bending shear deformation.

通过一榀1:10比例带预应力混凝土桁架转换层框架模型的拟动力试验和理论分析,对带桁架转换层框架结构的弹性地震反应进行了研究,并探讨了拟动力试验中隐式数值积分方法。试验和分析结果表明:带桁架转换层框架呈局部弯剪型的变形特性。
