Interfaces between fibre and matrix in carbon fibre reinforced PEK-C composites and morphology of fracture interfaces of the composites are studied with SEM and ESCA techniques in this paper. The experiment results are that O_(1s)peak area/C_(1s)peak area and O_(1s)peak strength/C_(1s)peak strength ratio of carbon fibres which are treated with sodium hypochlorite solution is larger than that of untreated carbon fibres, this shows that surface of treated carbon fibres has more oxygen-based enters, thus adhesion...

The SEM photos of fracture interfaces of carbon fibres reinforced PEK-C tomposites show that crack often occurs in interfaces between fibres and matrix of carbon fibre reinforced PEK-C composites when fracture takes place, and the mechanism of fraeture shows many different ways.

本文用SEM和ESCA技术研究了碳纤维增强PEK-C复合材料中纤维和基体间的界面及其复合材料的断裂界面形态.经次氯酸钠溶液氧化处理后的碳纤维的ESCA结果为O_(1s峰面积)/C_(1s峰面积)和O_(1s峰强)/C_(1s峰强)的比值比未处理碳纤维的大,这表明处理后碳纤维表面含氧中心增多,从而使其与PEK-C基体具有更好的粘结性,复合材料的机械性能大大提高.碳纤维增强PEK-C复合材料断裂界面的SEM照片表明断裂时裂纹大多发生在纤维和基体间的界面而尽量避开纤维,其微观断裂机理具有多样性.
