Qingxintang Wanjinyou to be analyzed using the programmed temperature gas chromatography was developed in this paper. Five compohyde and eugenol) of essential oil in Qingliangyouwere identified by PEG-20M column and checked byOV-17 column in order to ensure the accuracy of theresult.
Method:Use headspace GC,the equilibration temperature of headspace is 100℃ and the equilibration time is 25.0 min. Use DB-624 (30 m×0.53 mm×3μm)as column and keep oven temperature at 60℃ for 8 min, then increase the temperature to 250℃ at the rate 60℃·mim~(-1), finally keep the temperature for 10 min.
The thermal decomposition of (NH 4) 3VO 2(C 2O 4) 2·2H 2O supported γ-Al 2O 3,SiO 2,MgO and corresponding unsupported compounds in hydrogen atmosphere is investigated by temperature programmed decomposition gas chromatograph method supplemented by ESR, IR, DIA-TG and chemical analysis, etc. A reasonable mechanism of the thermal decomposition is proposed.
The determination method of formaldehyde,water,2-methyl-pyritine,acetic acid and 2-hydroxyethyl-pyritine in the solution of synthesizing 2-hydroxyethyl-pyritine by GC was discussed.
Separation of perhalogenated compounds resulting from thermolysis, photolysis or radiolysis of mixtures of halogens in carbon tetrachloride was carried out by programmed temperature gas chromatography.
The extension of retention indices to programmed temperature gas chromatography (PTGC) depends on the linearity between retention temperature and carbon number.
It is shown, that in programmed-temperature gas chromatography (PTGC) the mass-flow velocity m of the carrier gas in the column changes continuously, although the inlet mass-velocity is held constant.
Quantitative analyses in programmed-temperature gas chromatography are possible with katharometer only, if the outlet velocity of the carrier gas is constant.
