由聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)、聚碳酸酯(PC)和热塑性弹性体(TPE)组成的三元塑料合金是PBT 基塑料合金的新一代。TPA-39是经过特殊试验方法优化出来的这类三元塑料合金的典型材料。本文研究考察了TPA-59在无润滑条件下的滑动摩擦和磨损特性。试验研究是在销-盘试验机上进行的,摩擦学参数为载荷、滑动速度、滑动行程和配对金属面的粗糙度。试验结果表明,TPA-59的比磨损速率与某些高分子轴承材料的比磨损速率十分接近。

There are many factors which affect the wear of metals, such as load, slide velocity, environmental medium and temperature, metal properties and so on. According to the friction and wear experimental results of dry slide of carbon steel, this paper analyses the relationships between the wearing amount, types of carbon steel and load.

影响金属材料磨损的因素很多,如载荷、滑动速度、环境介质、温度、材料的性质等。根据对碳素钢进行的干燥滑动摩擦磨损试验结果,对碳素钢的磨损量、磨损形态与载荷的关系加以分析。
