For the transformer and switchboard, which lies in the first floor of house, results from indoor structural noise pollution, using fuzzy mathematic principle to study noise subjective annoyance threshold level, it is found that low\|level noise (\%L\-\{Aeq\%\}<35dB) can cause higher probability of subjective annoyance, the relationship of indoor noise and noise annoyance is still good on low ambient noise. The change of indoor noise annoyance probability to the same centered noise level is mainly caused by the change of indoor noise frequency spectrum characteristic\|the increasing medium\|low frequency noise, a little increasing of medium\|high frequency noise level in low noise without changing the medium\|low frequency noise can decrease the noise annoyance by using the noise sheltering effect. This gives a new idea on changing the acoustic environmental quality of working or living places. Based on acoustic analyses, a control method is also given, and the results is good.

为了减少润滑油糠醛精制过程废水中的醛含量,我们采取增加脱水塔C-2107的进料温度,这样可以使得糠醛汽提更加完全。同时降低C-2106顶出料温度,控制在40℃左右,防止D-2101醛水分离罐 格内湿醛的乳化,使得醛水分离更容易。减少废气污染主要是对加热炉进行改造,包括增加一台空气预热器,更换原有的引风机,更换原有的旋风式吹灰器,新上一套爆燃式吹灰器,对加热炉炉体附件进行了密闭改造。减少燥声污染主要采用低噪音设备。通过采取这些措施,取得了很好的效果,从根本上解决了润滑油糠醛精制装置含油含醛废水,废气,燥声所带来的问题。
