Lately, some experiments have been carried out in China's assessment centres on the adoption of situational simulation skills for evaluating the administrative performance and potential of individuals as an approach for selecting managerial cadres. In this article acomparative method is used to conduct a preliminary multiorganizational, multiareal.,multinational and multicultural study of situational simulation skills. The initial findings are as below:

运用评价中心的情景模拟技术测量管理绩效和潜能,作为有效地选拔管理干部的依据之一,已在我国有所尝试.本文采用比较的方法,对情景模拟法作了组织、地区、国家和文化的初步研究,得出如下初步结论:1.情景模拟技术在不同国家的管理人员选拔中具有可转移性和某种普遍意义,在预测效度方面.我国企业同美国企业取得了相近的结果(r=0.48∶0.51).由于社会制度和文化背景的差异,在测评指标及其结构等方面有一定的差别.2.本方法在不同的组织系统中也有异同之处.它适宜企业和科研等管理干部的选拔.对专业科研能力的预测应另行设计和编制.3.使用情景模拟时应注意不同地区的文化背景在管理风格和组织环境、心理气氛方面造成的差异,这种差异会对企业评价员的评定产生作用,因而必须完善测评标准.同时,也不宜将这种差异绝对化.

The inevitability of transnational development for Shenzhen's enterprises is in this paper demonstrated from the angles of the international trend in economic develop-ment in 1990s,the four factors leading to emergence of transnational companies,andthe present state of the development of Shenzhen's enterprises.The role of transna-tional expansion is summed up and the possibility for Shenzhen's enterprises to con-duct transnational growth studied.The paper winds up with a tentative effort topropose several phases...

本文从世界经济发展到90年代的国际趋势和国际上国公司产生的四种因素,以及深圳目前企业的发展情况等角度阐述了深圳企业进行国度发展的必然性。同时,总结了企业国度发展的作用和深圳企业进行国度发展的可能性。最后,文章试着提出了深圳企业进行国度发展的几个阶段及其进入策略。

This thesis holds there are four main obstacles of countryside enterprises'following the road of group in China. These obstacles involve in the system, psychological factors, the mediumm and interest. To clear these obstacles, first we must take away the administrative bulwarks so that countryside enterprises can join the group of enterprises and run among different areas, Second we should establish the information system of the group of countryside enterprises must enforce their economic ability to cooperate...

文章认为,我国乡镇企业在发展集团化经营中主要面临着四个方面的障碍,即体制障碍、心理障碍、媒介障碍和利益障碍。消除这些障碍,一是要冲破行政壁垒和条块分割,允许乡镇企业行业、地区参加企业集团;二是健全横向联合的信息网络,使乡镇企业选准发展集团化经营的挂靠对象;三是乡镇企业要通过苦练“内功”,形成自己的优势,增强对大中型企业的吸引力和依附力;四是端正挂靠的指导思想,按照长远集团的需要,规范自己的行为。
