This paper presents an analytical solution for stress-focusing effect in a solid cylinder under thermal shock. The stress-focusing effest is the phenomenon that, under an instantaneous heating, stress wave reflected from the free suface of the cylinder results in very high stress peak at the comer. Utilizing a simple analytical method, we can exactly obtain the time histories and the distributions of thermodynamic stress in the solid cylinder subjected to thermal shock. The calculation results reveal that stress peak at the center oscillates periodically due to effect of reflected wave and that the history of the radial stress peak at the center is the same as that of the tangential stress peak at the center.

本文提出一种解析方法求解在热冲击作用下圆柱体的动应力集中效应。当圆柱体受到一迅速的温度变化时,应力波将呈现在柱体内的每一点。当应力波自柱体外边界反射、并向柱体中心传播时,应力波波头将在柱体中心发生碰撞,由此导致柱体中心产生很高的动应力峰值,即热动应力集中现象。文中通过一种简便的解析方法精确获得了柱体内热动应力的响应历程和分布规律。计算结果表明,由于反射波的影响,柱体中心动应力峰值发生周期性振荡。中心处的径向动应力的响应历程与切向动应力相同。

Based on analyzing the types of rock pillar and support structure damages induced by excavation blasting of near piles,a mechanical model for calculation of tangential dynamic stress concentration on the periphery of round openings has been established in accordance with the principle of dynamic stress concentration about stress wave superimposition and scattering as a result of the incidence to an empty chamber By use of this model and the wave function solution,the maximal stress on periphery of an opening has been calculated and the distances between openings,which are able to make the rock pillar stabilized and surrounding rock support resist collapse and fracture,has been recommended In construction,the quality and safety of projects have been ensured because some technological measures such as decouple charge,modified charge weight per delayed internal and modified pillar width are taken in the light of the different diameters of near piles and rock properties

在分析邻桩爆破时岩柱、支护结构破坏类型的基础上 ,根据应力波叠加和入射空穴而散射的动应力集中原理 ,建立了圆形井巷周边切向动应力集中的力学模型。利用该模型和波函数解法 ,计算了井巷相邻侧爆破引起的周边最大应力 ,推荐了能保持岩柱稳定、围岩—支护结构抗塌、抗裂的邻桩间距。在施工中 ,根据不同桩径、围岩性质 ,采取不耦合装药、调整单响药量和岩柱宽度等措施 ,确保了工程质量和安全。
