Methods: SP Immunohistochemistry method was used to examine the expression and their significance of NF-κBp65 and IκB-αprotein in 41 cases of Condyloma Acuminata(including 26 cases of non-treatment and 15 cases of re- treatment), and in 8cases of normal prepuce tissues.
Results: NF-κBp65 and IκB-αpositive expres-sion rates in condyloma acuminata tissues were significantly higher than those in normal prepuce tissues(P<0.05),respectively. The expression of NF-κBp65 was significantly higher in non-treatment group than that in re-treatment group(P<0.05).
