The purpose of this article is to observe the Fos expression in rat cerebellum during the prenatal, postnatal and adult periods by immunocytochemistry. The purpose of this article is to observe the Fos expression in rat cerebellum during the prenatal, postnatal and adult periods by immunocytochemistry. The results showed that as follow: Many Fos positive cells with strong immunoreactivity appear in the ependymal layer and mantal layer of the rhombic lips at E16. 5. The number of Fos positive cells decrease in the ependymal layer and mantal layer, but increase in the ependvmal layer, mantal layer and marginal layer by E20. 5. The cells in the external granular cell layer of cerebellar cortex show light immunoreactivity within 14 days after birth. The Fos labeled cells arise first in the internal granular cell layer of the cerebellar cortex at P14, which are increasing up to two peaks at P26 and P50, then decrease after P50 and cann't be seen in the internal granular cell layer at the adult. Some purkinje cells of which are capable of showing Fos expression. A few of Fos positive cells appear transiently in the molecular layer of cerebellar at P50. Few Fos labeled cells appear in the cerebellar deep nucleus at P40, which increase at P50 and P60, and some of which still maintain the ability of showing Fos expression. The results in this experiment suggest that Fos expression of the cells of the cerebellar cortex is mainly related to their migration and differenciation, but not very close related to their proliperation.

本文用免疫组化方法观察FOS在大鼠小脑生前、生后及成年期的表达.结果显示:胚胎16.5天时,菱形唇神经上皮和套层出现许多染色很浓的FOS阳性细胞.胚胎18.5天时,神经上皮层和套层的FOS阳性细胞减少,但此时边缘层的FOS阳性细胞相对增多.胚胎20.5天时,神经上皮、套层及边缘层已见不到FOS阳性细胞.生后14天内,小脑外颗粒细胞层的细胞显示较弱的FOS表达,着色较淡.生后14天,内颗粒细胞层开始出现FOS阳性细胞,并逐渐增多,分别在生后26天和50天出现两次数量较多的FOS阳性细胞.此后下降,在成年鼠小脑的颗粒细胞层已观察不到FOS阳性细胞.部分蒲肯野细胞在生后26天开始出现FOS表达,生后40天和60天,几乎所有的蒲骨野细胞呈现FOS表达,但在成年鼠只有少量的蒲骨野细胞保留FOS表达能力.分子层在50天出现一过性少量的FOS阳性细胞.小脑深核在生后40天开始有少量细胞呈现FOS表达;生后50天和60天,FOS阳性细胞增多;在成年鼠,仍有部分细胞保留FOS表达能力.本实验提示小脑的FOS表达主要与小脑皮质神经元的迁移及分化有关,而与神经元的增殖关系不大.

桑天牛(Aprionagermari(Hope))成虫中枢神经系统由脑、咽下神经节、腹神经索组成,前、中、后脑分化明显。腹神经索包括三对胸神经节、三对腹神经节及纵贯各神经节的神经索。后胸神经节由后胸,第1、2腹节神经节合并而成。第三腹神经节由第5~9腹节神经节合并而成。口交感神经系统由前走神经、上唇神经、额神经节、逆走神经、嗉囊神经节、前肠神经等组成,无脑下神经节。腹交感神经并入腹神经节及其侧神经。尾交感神经源于腹末最后一个神经节,包括16~18支侧神经。
