Copnclusion: (1 ) There may be blockade in potassium channel inairway smooth muscle in asthmatics, which plays a role in BHR in some extent; (2) p0tassium channel ac-tivators, such as Lemakalim, might be useful in prophylaxis and treatment of asthma.
