Methods 40 ASA physical status I-Ⅱpatients undergoing elective abdominal hysterectomy under epidural block were randomly assigned to two groups preemptive analgeia group (group A, n = 20) and postoperative analgesia group (group B, n=20).
②OAA/S and BIS were significantly lwer in pre-analgesia group than that of control group 5 and 10 min after extubation. But AEP was significantly lower in pre-analgesia at all times after extubation;
②OAA/S评分、B IS和AEP,OAA/S评分和B IS在5 m in和10 m in两个时间点,预先镇痛组低于对照组(P<0.05),而AEP在各个时间点,预先镇痛组均低于对照组(P<0.05);
Conclusions Preoperative analgesia with two kinds of analgesic dispensation by two ways of PCA administration can be used to enhance the postoperative analgesic effect in repair of forearm skin defect by skin flap transfer, especially when there are several operation sites. But the side-effect of group PCIA 1 and group PCSA 2 was significantly less than that of group PCIA 3 and group PCSA 4.
Objective To observe the influence of preoperative analgesia with different dispensation by intravenous PCA or subcutaneous PCA on postoperative analgesic effect and flap blood-supply after repair of forearm skin defect.
Preemptive analgesia is based on administration of an analgesic before a painful stimulus generates, so as to prevent the subsequent rebound mechanism.
This study was designed to investigate the effect of pre emptive analgesia produced by preoperative epidural morphine. Sixty patients undergoing hysterectomy or oothorocystectomy were randomly divided into two groups. Bolus of morphine 1.5mg was injected into epidural space before the skin incision (group A) or at the end of operation (group B). The incidences of nausea, vomiting, pruritus and postoperative pain during the first 36h were observed. Pain scores were assessed by the method of visual analogue ...
Objective To observe the influence of preoperative analgesia with different dispensation by intravenous PCA or subcutaneous PCA on postoperative analgesic effect and flap blood-supply after repair of forearm skin defect. Methods 240 inpatients with forearm skin defect were randomly divided into four groups, each group containing 60 cases. Fentanyl was administered in group PCIA 1 and group PCSA 2, Morphine in group PCIA 3 and group PCSA 4, and Ondansetron in all of the four groups. The injection solut...
Objective To observe the epidrral morphine preemptive analgesia effect on patient-controlled epidural analgesia (PCEA) in patients after surgery. Methods 40 ASA physical status I-Ⅱpatients undergoing elective abdominal hysterectomy under epidural block were randomly assigned to two groups preemptive analgeia group (group A, n = 20) and postoperative analgesia group (group B, n=20). 2%lidocaine was used for anesthesic induction and maintenance. The PCEA pump was used after the operation (LCP model load+conti...
