    本文提出一种具有突发通信能力和兼有话音通信能力的FH/DS混合扩展频谱战术通信系统的初步方案。该系统能组成通信网,工作频率为VHF频段的225—400兆赫。该系统完成一次突发通信仅需0.2秒的时间。在进行话音通信时,该系统能很方便地与现有调频电台兼容。由于系统采用了突发通信技术,混合扩展频谱技术,以及先进的编码技术和微处理技术,使之具有保密抗干扰和低截获率等特点‘即具有较强的电子防御(ECCM)能力。

    This paper presents a meteor burst communication network developed for auto hydrological and meteorological data acquisition from outlying districts. The internal structure of the net is designed according to the spatial properties of meteor trails. A new protocol together with Subgroup Polling, AU Remotes Answering and Polling Remote by Remote are proposed to increase communication efficiency. Also, the paper extends the concepts, such as the Average Waiting Time which is used to evaluate the system performances, from point-to-point mode to network mode. The results of computations and analysis show that the performance of the system designed here is better than that of the SNOTEL system .

    本文以边远地区自动水文、气象数据采集网为对象进行流星突发通信系统组网研究,利用流星余迹的空间特性完成了网络内部结构的设计;为提高通信的有效性提出了子群查询,全应答和逐址查询相结合的网络多址协议;将点对点通信系统中用以评价系统性能的平均等待时间等概念在网通信中作了推广。分析与计算的结果表明,本文所设计的系统要优于美国同类SNOTEL系统。

    Synchronization is a key technique in burst communication systems.Its rapidity,reliability and bigh antijamming are required.A new method of SAWTDL rapid synchronizations is introduced in this paper,thus satisfying the requirement.
