The result showed asthe Xanthomonas sp. strain H10 and thiobacillus thioparus A4 were inoculated into the packed tower, the experimental results showed that it could remove H2S effectively. When no H2S could be detected at the outlet, the allowed maximum concentration of inlet reached 1300mg/m3, and the maximum volume load was 3.235g-H2S/(L-packing material穌).
In a column or packing column reactor,and under the conditions of the reaction temperature of 10 to 30℃,n(CH 2CO)∶n(Cl 2)=1∶1.02-1.05,and n(CAC)∶n(P-ester)≤1.0,dichloroacetyl chloride wouldn′t be formed,the yield of chloroacetyl chloride was 94 to 96%,and the purity of chloro-acetyl chloride was upon 98.5%.
Therefore, it indicates that the technology of the separation of C9 arenes has reached the international advanced level with successful application of the new structured packing column’s technology.
