The content of EB virus (EBV)Bam HI W fragment in several Burkittlymphoma cell lines (P3HR-1,Rajiand BJAB~+) and B lymphoid cell lines(H7918,H7922 and H18G1L1)established from normal adult human peri-pheral leucocytes,either productive ornon-productive,was analyzed quantitatively by nucleic acid spot hybridiza-tion method.BJAB cells and K562'cells were used as control.Hybridiza-tion was performed using 1—2×10~7cpm of [~(32)P] dCTP and dTTP nicktranslated cloned W fragments for 48hr,at 43℃;and autoradiographs were ex-posed for 48—72hr,at -30℃ beforedevelopment.Beginning with 10~5 cellsfollowed by serial 1/2 dilution of cellsper spot,the last dilution contained ap-proximately 1600 cells.Autoradiogra-phic reaction could still be detected,evenif the cells were highly diluted (1600 ??cell/spot) (Fig.2). The relative content of cell lineH7918,P3HR-1,H7922,H18C1L1 andBJAB~+were 3.48,3.33,1.95,1.50 and0.31 respectively when taking W fragment content of Raji cells as 1 (Table1). Since H7918,P3HR-1,H7922 andH18C1L1 lines are VCA positive andRaji,BJAB~+ lines are VCA negative,the above preliminary results suggestthat there may exist a certain relation-ship between content of W fragmentand VCA synthesis.

Protargol staining technique and scanning electron microscopy are used to study the morphology of Oxytricha platytoma, and morphogenesis of the ventral ciliatures during asexual reproduction and physiological reorganization. During asexual reproduction, adoral zone of membranelles primordium(AZMP, future opisthe) occurs at first, then, undulating membrane primordium(UMP), trontal-ventral-transverse cirri primordia(FVTP)and left- & right marginal cirri primordia (LMP, RMP) (future proter and opisthe) appear in succession while old AZM renews. The result is that two sets of ventral ciliatures are developed and old cilialures are disintegrated and disappeared. During physiological reorganization, AZMP, UMP, FYTP, LMP, and RMP formed in the same sequence as asexual reproduction. As a results, a set of ciliatures are produced and old ciliatures are replaced by the new ones. Because there are certain similar characters in the differentiation of new ciliatures and the degeneration of old ones, it is postulated that the regulation mechanism is same in occuring, developing and locating of the ciliary primordia ior both the asexual reproduction and the physiological reorganization.

The present study aimed to clarify the promising inhibiting effect of L-Glutamic acid on GA or GA+EC preserved porcine valves, and illustrate the processes of the leaflets surface covered by SD sucking rat's aortic endothelial cells. The porcine aortic valves were treated in following 4 groups: 1 ) 0. 5% GA treated valves, 2) none special biochemical treated valves, 3) valves treated by 0. 5% GA and then in 8% L-Glutamic acid solution, 4) 0. 5% GA for 72 hrs then 4% EC for 48 hrs before stored in the solution...

The porcine aortic valves were treated in following 4 groups: 1 ) 0. 5% GA treated valves, 2) none special biochemical treated valves, 3) valves treated by 0. 5% GA and then in 8% L-Glutamic acid solution, 4) 0. 5% GA for 72 hrs then 4% EC for 48 hrs before stored in the solution of 8% L- Glutamic acid. Counting seeded-cells from valve leaflets; Identification of cellular type by factor Ⅷ rAG; and electronmicroscopic assessment after endothelial cells were seeded in 1, 3, 7, and 14 days. The result showed: All the leaflets of group 2, 3, and 4 could acquire the endothelial cells and fibroblasts covering during 7-14 days. The covering rate in group 2 exhibited more than 80% after 7 days but in group 1 no viable cells could be seen in 2-3 days after implanting. The study revealed that the toxicity of GA in the heterografts were inhibited markedly by L-Glutamic acid and their biocompatibility were improved that make sucking rat aortic endothelium could grow regularly on the surface of bioprosthetic valves.

我们将经过戊二醛(GA)和GA+环氧氯丙烷(EC)化学改性处理的猪主动脉瓣,再用L—谷胺酸处理以后进行SD乳鼠主动脉内皮细胞种植,并与单纯GA瓣及未经GA处理的瓣叶做对比观察。结果发现:单纯GA瓣种植细胞未能存活,而经L—谷胺酸处理瓣叶却获得种植细胞规律性生长、增殖,两周后完全覆盖瓣叶表面。电镜观察及第Ⅷ因子染色证实,瓣小叶表面生长的内皮细胞中夹杂着大量成纤维细胞生长。与种植前培育细胞纯化及种植以后成纤维细胞控制不够有关。
