The air-borne microbes of the harbours of Valpriso. Punta Arenas, Capuna, Singapore and Qingdao were monitored. These harbours are arranged in the order of the amounts of their air-borne marine microbes as well as their terrigenous microbes as follows: Capuna>Qingdao>Valpriso>Punta Arenas>Singapore. Through a preliminary comparison and analysis of the relationships between the amounts of air-borne microbes and air temperature, wind speeds or relative humidity. It is concluded that appropriate air temperature and a larger range of relative humidity are advantageous to increase of air-borne microbes, while greater wind speed and lower relative humidity or higher temperature are disadvantageous. The results indicated that there were some differences in levels of pollution in the cities monitored. The air regime of Capuna is rather bad. Preliminary identifications were made of a part of microbial strains obtained among them, quite a few were Acinetobacter, next was Erwinia.

The experimental apparatus include a sampling unit and a measurment system. The sampling unit consists of sampling head,flow rate meter,actvity charcoal canister and pump. Sampling head consists of two wire screens of different mesh munber and a filter. In order to obtain the potential alpha energy concentration PAEC of radon progeny,alpha activity in wire screens and filter has been measuried by using a low background alpha counter with muliti detectors. The charcoal canister has been mesured by using a gamma ray spectrometer,thereby radon concentration can determied. This method has been applied to measurements of f p  and AMD for different air conditions in a generic laboratory. Annual effective dose AED in Tracheobronchial T B region and dose conversion factors DCF including conversion dosimetry of in mSv·WLM -1 and conversion conventions of in μSv/a·Bq·m -3 have been calculated using measured f p  and AMD values.

根据超细粒子穿透金属筛网的渗滤理论 ,提出了一种同时测定室内空气中氡子体未结合态份额 ( fp )和活度中位直径 ( AMD)的简便的双筛网方法。实验装置包括采样和测量两部分。采样装置由采样头、流量计、活性碳盒和抽气泵组成 ,采样头用两层不同目数的金属筛网和一层滤膜构成。测量装置使用多探头低本底 α计数器和 γ谱仪 ,前者用来测量筛网和滤膜上的活度 ,以确定氡子体 α潜能浓度 ;后者用来测量活性碳盒的氡子体 γ谱 ,以确定氡浓度。用此方法测定了一个普通实验室内不同空气状况下氡子体的 fp 和 AMD值 ,并计算了各种状况下气管 -支气管 ( T- B)区的有效剂量转换因子 DCF[包括以 m Sv/ WLM为单位的“剂量学转换”和以μSv/ ( a· Bq· m-3)为单位的“约定转换”]。还计算了氡子体所致的年有效剂量。
