Analyzing the system development method, decision flow and data flow, the paper discuss the designthought and principle, the frame, the structure and the function of the system and its composing. In order to be extendable, the system has based itself on the inventory model, and used development thought which is from simple to complex.
This article introduces the constitution and implementation techniques of CIDSS which is a distributed deci-sion support system based on commercial integrated network. It mainly discusses the structure of CIDSS under wired and wireless integrated network,the design thinking of model library and database,the implementation techniques of web server together with database and model library. It also presents the system decision methods and the decision flow.
The purpose is to produce reasonable and scientific decision flow and to build evaluation platform. In order to reduce the qualitative weight and increase the quantitative weight of decision and make the decision more accurate, we will build DSS.
